Help! My 18 month old is trying to climb out of her crib

Need some advice. My 18 month old is trying to climb out of her crib. She has yet to be successful, but close enough that I worry she’ll fall. I am hesitant to transition to the toddler bed abruptly since she is on the young side for this. Her older brother climbed out and fell at 23 months and we put him in a toddler bed that day. Just want to see if there is anything else I should try before making the jump. I’ve also thought of trying a sleep sack but would like others thoughts in this. Thanks!
