What next on fertility journey?

Below is a summary of the tests I completed on an unmedicated cycle -

1. Blood work - normal

2. Hysteroscopy(Uterus) - normal

3. Saline Tubal Perfusion(Tubes) - normal

4. Sperm analysis for partner - normal

5. Post coital cervical mucus - normal

6. Ultrasound during ovulation - normal

7. Lining thickness - normal

8. Follicle measurement - normal

9. Ovulation - Observed

10. Progesterone level at 7 DPO- 12 once and 15 another time.

16 months of TTC with 1 miscarriage.

I don’t know where to go from here.
