I ended it with my LDR Marine bf

Well it’s been a tough journey but I finally broke up with him.

He’s a marine (22) in Hawaii and I live in Canada. We’ve been long distance for a year and the last 5/6 months he’s been disrespectful and taking advantage of the distance.

He was spending copious amounts of time at his ex’s house and sleeping in the same room as one of his friends that’s a girl. Completely disrespectful and inappropriate behaviour and I am DONE with him treating me this way.

I did my makeup and ended it over Face Time. I told him his behaviour disgusts me and I’m so disappointed in him. I said we’re not going to be friends and he’s not gonna talk to me again. I said fuck you to his face and then I hung up. He couldn’t even look me in the eyes.

He’s gonna regret this so much at some point and I won’t be waiting for him on the other side. Thank you to everyone here over the last few weeks who’s been encouraging me to hold my ground as I go through the breakup process. :) I finally left his ass in the dust.
