Plan B

Ok so I have a question, I had unprotected sex and I took plan B the next morning which was on the 13th of this month (June) I had minimal side effects.. Except I've had about 5 anxiety and panic attacks since I took the pill, in these 2 weeks..Is it because of the pill??? Please help! Has anyone had this happen to them? How long will this last?

I got off birth control for the same reason it doesn't do well on my body.. I had the nexplanon and it completely messed me up.. I track my ovulation to avoid sex but I just completely forgot I was on my fertile days 😔
