Trust issues

How do you overcome the trust issue problem? my man always tells me to trust him and I do and then when he does certain things like sometimes he will leave without telling me where he’s going but I watch him leave and I kinda know where he’s going. my mother and grandmother make it harder to trust him because their always judging that he’s not telling me everything or that’s skeptical and the other day I noticed that he’s not sharing his location with me on google maps anymore but I am. I just thought maybe he deleted the app but it’s still in his phone and I don’t go through his phone but when he hands me to do something for him on it I have his password to get into the phone. I’ve been hurt in the past that resolved to me having trust issues but I want to get rid of them to stop me from hurting myself and this relationship😪 any suggestions on what I could do?
