Miscarriage but could still be pregnant HELP ?

So I was 5 weeks pregnant and one morning I woke up blood in my pants, I called the doctors that day and they said “ bleeding is normal in early pregnancy even a huge amount, bjt If it is like a normal period e.g. lasts more than 3 days then it’s a miscarriage” he was going through it all.

Well I need ur thoughts and help if there is a possibility I’m still pregnant, I was bleeding like a normal period and only ONE day I had clots or these stringy stuff, so I thought maybe it was over, but my normal period is 7 days long and this was only 3 days, it was less heavy and a lighter colour.

What does everyone think ???
