Was curious about this because I’ve been wanting to use Josephine or josephina as a middle name for my grandma but now we are strongly leaning towards Gianna as a first name and I’m not sure if Gianna Josephina is too matchy. I think it really depends on the names themselves and how they flow. I like Carly Claire

Its not middle name but my first name and maiden last name started with the same letter and I absolutely hate it. I purposely avoided any double letters with my kids in their initials.￼
