Struggling to lose weight.. help!

I’m about 5’3

Currently weigh 204.

Goal weight is 130-150

Since December 2019 I’ve gained about 60lb (I’m assuming from depo getting out of my system). I swear I could eat a chocolate chip and gain 5 pounds. I’m struggling to lose it pretty badly and was looking for some advice.

I do struggle with severe iron deficiency and lung problems but I try to push myself thru them. I’ve started going on bike rides and walks late at night and my weight has stopped going up but hasn’t gone down too much. I am a pretty picky eater so my fruit/veggie intake is smoothies and peas/corn. I have cut down on some of the things I eat even though they used to not be a problem and started drinking more water.

I don’t know what to do to see better results. I’m thinking about keto but haven’t decided yet.

If anyone can give tips/advice I’d really appreciate it!
