Trying to lose weight! Where to start?

Hi! My name is ashley and I'm overweight. I always kinda brushed it off till me and my husband started trying to have a child and I had some advice from a doctor to lose weight and it may help! The problem is I have no idea where to start. I was wondering if anyone had some advice for me such as exercise routines, healthy meal ideas, ect. I would like to eventually cut out sugar, dairy, just stuff like that since last time I tried that i lost some weight. Thank you so much for any suggestions and tips!

Starting off small so you won’t be so overwhelmed. Walking, drink herbal tea instead of soda or caffeine, try meatless Monday’s as a meat alternative, freeze fruits as a healthier and cool snack.

You can always start with just reducing how much you eat instead of having potatoes or rice just double your vegetables and no butter just steam, if you enjoy pasta and don't want to give that up just replace the noodles with vegetables instead. Walking is a great way to start out,they also have some workout videos on youtube 30mins and it helps. No soda's, try drinking water if you get tired of just water you can always add lemons ,limes ,oranges, peaches, strawberries to help give you that natural sweetness so that you can avoid drinking juices and sodas. If you enjoy coffee just try to drink black coffee. you can enjoy tea try not to add sugar. Just try to stay away from breads, sugars,fast-food as much as possible it tends to cause you to gain so much weight and you find yourself not having the energy to do anything. I hope this helps some.

Light fit Greek yogurt it's only 80 calories with 2 cups of coffee diet soda and one good meal before 6 at night I always eat at 5 pm
