Baby breech at 33 weeks?

Ftm here, has anyone had experience with baby being breech at 33 weeks? I had a sonogram Monday and baby was breech. My Dr. wasn’t super concerned but said that the longer she takes to flip the less likely that she will. Basically if she hasn’t flipped by 36 weeks my only options are her flipping her manually (which sounds very painful and the risks scare me) or, scheduling a c-section at 39 weeks and I really don’t like either of those options. Had anyone had experience with baby being breech this far along and baby flipped? Or has anyone had baby stay breech and have been forced into manually flipping or c section? Any advice is appreciated because I’m definitely pretty nervous right now.
