HR after birth
Anyone notice their resting heart rate is much lower than it was during pregnancy? I’m 4 days pp and noticed that my resting heart rate is anywhere from 59-64 bpm. It was around 80-90 during pregnancy and usually 75ish pre-pregnancy. Wondering if this can be normal or if I should be concerned. Any information would be super helpful!
