Am I pregnant

I took a test about 2.5 weeks ago. Came back negative. I started my period June 13th and lasted until the 17th.- super super heavy bleeding. Soaking through 6 tampons in a span of 8 hours a day.

Today I noticed extreme cramping on my left side. For the past couple days I’ve noticed my discharge has been that egg white consistency with a slight tinge of light brown/ pinkish. I know implantation bleeding is typically that color but not sure if the consistency is like that. I’ve had 2 kids already but I’m uncertain about this. I’m due to start my period the 14th, so I feel like taking a test is way too soon. The color has gone away today, this morning it was pinkish but yesterday and day before it was super light brown.

My doctor is out for 4 weeks due to emergency back surgery so he will be out for a minute...Just want some advice. I’m super impatient.
