Help, what can I do?! 😭

Ladies, I need some advise on what I can do to help open my cervix? I’ve been having early labor contractions since yesterday at 5 am. They were consistent yesterday and by this morning I was in tears from the pain. I went in to L&D and my damn contractions spaced out to 7 minutes and my cervix is closed. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I have lost a lot of my mucus plug since they checked this morning. It’s had brown blood and a bit of red blood. I know this can go on for a few days, but the contractions are so bad. I thought I had a higher pain tolerance, guess not lol. Contractions have definitely spaced out more today, but they are so much stronger. I just want her out 😭 I’m 40+2 weeks today and in so much pain. Induction date isn’t set until Monday. I’d hate to go 4 more days like this. Thanks in advance.
