Braxton Hicks cause back pain?

This is my second and I don’t remember ever really having BH with my first. But today has been kinda awful. This morning I had such bad lightening crotch I couldn’t walk. I was getting cramps and throughout the day my lower back would jus radiate pain. I would try moving positions thinking it would help it go away but it didn’t. I never timed it cuz I assume it’s to early. (I’ll be 36 weeks on Monday)

Do you get lower back pains with BH or is it just in the stomach?
