OTC meds for flat warts?

Is there anything I can buy OTC to get rid of flat warts? I have these little spots randomly popping up on my legs, a few on my arms, chest, belly and a few on my face. They look just as they're described online. Is there anything I can buy in store to get rid if them?

There’s gel to put on them, or little medicated bandaids, or freeze off.

Freeze them. Then once the blister, take a nail file and cut a section off to file them. Do this after an evening hand washing or shower so that they're soft. Then apply those little gel pads with medicine on them. Do that filing and gel pad thing nightly for 2 weeks.
