Relationship failure?!

My boyfriend and I have just discussed that we both don't think our relationship is going anywhere. We've been dating for 10 months, times used to be fun, spontaneous and amazing, but now we both just feel like we are doing the same shit everyday and it's getting boring. We are both so in love with each other and we would never ever want things to end, we just feel like things have become different. We are both 17 and I'm so glad at least we both feel the same way. Is there any tips on how to spice it up, or change things to the way they used to be? Or why this is happening? Please please help :( thanks so much xx
