Am I Pregnant ?

Hello , I had unprotected sex the same day my period ended . It was like 6 days ago on a Sunday . I'm really worried because i started having symptoms Tuesday-Friday . Stomach ache , feel like vomiting but hasn't really come out . But I spit out saliva every min and diarrhea , hungry every min . What's wrong with me ? Don't worry my partner don't have no hiv or std/aids he took them before we had sex . So like around this same month he got check He showed me the results it was negative  . So he gave me he's word and I trusted him . When we had sex I watched him pull out . But I think he's precum when inside me . Please help . All my friends tell me I am but I can't believe it and it's only been 6 days and I had ssymptoms 2 days after sex . That's too early . Can I be pregnant
