Help!! What is going on??

This am I was laying on the couch and got up to let the dog outside and all of a sudden I felt this weird warm sensation and then felt something running down my legs looked and it was watery and milky yellowish there was a lot of it had to wiped multiple times before it was gone. I was already checked for any infections last week and nothing so what is going on?

Edit: 26 weeks pregnant. Did not have any smell to it. TMI have not had sex for about a week so I don’t think it’s a contributing factor. Happened 5 more times since this big episode this am not as much as the first tho.
