Weight loss after baby
With so much effort I managed to gain 28lbs during pregnancy. I exercised and watched what I ate hoping I would lose this 28lbs very quick.
I’m 2.5 weeks postpartum and lost only 16-17lbs ( in first 8 days then stopped) . Was I expecting too much? I started with normal BMI (130lbs) and I was expecting to be around 135 by now instead of 140 something. And I have a huge appetite now ( breastfeeding) I can eat nonstop.
breastfeeding moms, do you think i can lose some more lbs by only breastfeeding in following weeks or I need to exercise and watch what I eat to lose the rest?
