Sleeping all night?

Question

Any mommies been successful in getting baby to sleep all night? What are your tricks?
I've gotten Rylee down to one wake-up a night...but we've plateaued! 
We do our routine bath at 9pm, then a bottle and bed...she stays out until about 330-4am, eats about 2-3oz then back to sleep til about 10am....
What else can I try to get her to sleep ALLLLLL THE WAY through the night?

Waking through the night helps protect babies from SiDS, once or twice a night at this age is amazing. Sleeping all night is not as common as people tend to think and it’s not a standard you should expect.

You’re doing great. Baby’s dont sleep through the night. The sooner we understand that, the easier it is to cope with it and fall back asleep ourselves quicker after feeding!

That’s almost my daughter schedule lol we give her bath at 9:30pm a bottle then she’s sleep by 10 but will wake up between 2-3am then fall asleep till about 7/8ish am

I've been following BabyWise. It's a book on giving your baby feed-wake-sleep schedules. It's called parent-directed feeding, like a combo of on the clock and on demand feeding. When you give them a routine like that during the day and enough food, they're more likely to sleep through the night. Also, I've found that waking your baby up to feed them during the day helps (despite what the majority of people say). Better to do that than to have them wake you up during the night. There's more to it than this, but it would be a long comment if I were to explain it all. But that's the gist.

I feel like it’s just something your baby decides. I didn’t do anything magical other than routine and one night my baby just stopped waking up hungry and would only wake up to be changed then fall right back asleep around 10 weeks. Then he stopped waking up for that at like 12 weeks. Now he just sleeps 9-11 hours a night, and puts himself to sleep. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve got no idea I don’t keep him up during the day, we just play a lot while he is awake which is basically all day 😂

Taking Cara Babies is great! I did the newborn class AND 3-4 months. My friend swears by her ABCs of Sleep...but I’m going to wait until my little one is a bit older for that course. A HUGE help.

One wake up is pretty impressive. If you want to improve sleep I would start shifting your schedule 9 pm us really late for bedtime and 10 am is crazy late to be starting the day. If you could put baby down at 7 maybe the one wake up could be just before you head to sleep.
