Getting pregnant after a miscarriage...

I am 32 had my first pregnancy in August last year but sadly ended in October with a miscarriage.

A little back story... I have been with my current partner for 6 years now, never once have we used birth control, condoms, nor has he ever pulled out and last year was the ONLY time we've even gotten close to any type of pregnancy (no scares along the way, nothing).

Taking it back even further... I was with my ex for 6 years and same kind of story, we never used protection, birth control, or pulling out but we NEVER had any kind of scare nor did we ever get pregnant.

So for the LONGEST time I thought it was me. But then then I got pregnant last year and I was so excited and then it ended so quickly and I was devastated and sad and might have a little depression from it (trying to stay positive and hopeful but damn it is hard.)

My question is... Have you struggled to conceive, gotten pregnant, miscarried and then had a successful pregnancy after? If so, HOW?! Every month my period comes and every month I get more upset and more sad. I know it takes time but it's just starting to feel less and less likely for me. If you have any tips, tricks, anything you took that helped... Literally anything, tell me all of it!
