Vitamins from its started with the egg
Who has read the book it started from the egg? Can someone tell me what vitamins they reccomend. I thumbed through it at my office but don't remember which they suggested. I'm starting a new cycle in August and I know I probably need to be on them longer than a month but it can't hurt.
