HCG rising but low progesterone and bleeding

Hey ladies. This is my third day of bleeding. Looks like a full period for me so I'm not hopeful but just wondering if someone has gone through something similar.

HCG readings

July 2 - 3.5

July 3- 5.3

July 4- 7.8 (progesterone 8.5)

July 6- 18 (progesterone 3.5)

July 7 -29 (progesterone 0.6)

I've been on progesterone suppositories so not sure why it's not working. I'm told to continue taking them. I've been bleeding for 3 days so I'm not sure what to think. I've accepted that this is most likely a miscarriage. Good vibes only. Would love to hear experiences and respectful thoughts ❤️
