i find it a bit weird considering i’m 18 and he’s 22 talking like that. I would’ve liked this maybe when i was 15 but not so much now. it’s nice to feel appreciated but all them emojis and shit is a bit much. what y’all think? seems a little desperate/ attached

I don’t think this makes him sound desperate. It sounds as though he’s a hopeless romantic (yes, they exist ) who is very much into you. If it’s not for you, let him go. It’s unfair to him. It’s ok if you don’t feel the same or aren’t into that sort of affection, but tell him and don’t continue a relationship. People love differently, it doesn’t mean they’re desperate or too attached.
