Does anyone have any good tips for weight loss?

My weight is around 140-145 and I feel so disgusting. I’m 5 ft 3 so putting on one pound looks about 5 😭

My BMI says I’m overweight which devastated me. I wear a size US 6 occasionally an 8/ UK 10-12, which personally I don’t think is overweight.

When my mental health was struggling and I smoked a lot of cigarettes I was sooo skinny and now I feel awful.
