tips to stay motivated?
please give me some tips to stay motivated to eat healthy and workout to become more toned. i like eating healthy bc it makes me feel so much better. but, i live in louisiana and food is all so good down here! it’s always seasoned the best, we eat healthy in my house but deff cook meals that i should stay away from to become toned. so, give me some tips to stay motivated and any tips on to get toned? i was planing on lifting 15 lb dumbells for a few weeks
