Why do we stay fat
So this is obviously for ppl like me who gained weight and have no medical problem that prevents us from losing weight..
Anyway I’ve recently gained like 15ish lbs since January bc I haven’t been exercising or moving, basically I’ve been a homebody. I haven’t been eating unhealthy but definitely don’t eat healthy everyday.
I don’t have depression and I’m not unhappy with my weight gain either. I feel comfortable withy lifestyle and don’t feel like making any changes any time soon.
I know that in the long run this is detrimental to my health and I should change my ways but I don’t feel like doing anything. I’m not unmotivated, I just don’t feel like changing.
I’m not unhappy, nor am I proud of my weight gain; I’m just fine.
On the BMI charts I’m definitely close to being on the overweight side, but I don’t feel overweight. I feel just fine.
Is there something wrong with me that I feel this way? Should go into therapy? Like i said, I’m very content with my lifestyle and don’t have any plans on changing anything but idk. What would y’all do?
