Concerning? 🤔 TMI!!!!

TMI. I had sex this morning with my hubby, on a full bladder which I like from time to time, makes it more intense 😅 afterwards was fine up until about 5 hours ago I started having some cramps, which was normal sometimes for me after sex. I have the paragard IUD as well. I just went to the bathroom and saw this when I wiped. Should I be concerned? Is this normal for anyone else? Thanks ladies!!
