What to wear when working out?
I’m really getting in to working out (at home) and I want to find something more comfortable to wear when running and doing full body HIIT exercises (which is miserable when your over heating). What should I be wearing? I would like to wear just leggings and a braw but my mother is more on the conservative side and is always home so that’s not an option. Any ideas what I can wear that won’t make me feel like I’m dying of heat? Do I just wear leggings and a muscle shirt?
