So I’m 3 days late, should I panic? I’ve had a lot of sex this past month

I’m 19 and I’m late and too scared to take a pregnancy test also I can’t even buy one, no one could take me and have no one I can trust to not tell anybody so idk what to do? Idk if I should tell the guy yet or wait 
I’m getting cramps as if ima start and my back hurts and legs, it’s pms symptoms but I heard that’s also pregnancy symptoms so idk what to do

If it’s only 3 days late you probably dont have anything to worry about yet, but just in case, you can buy a tester from a CVS (or get the guy to buy you one if you cant personally get to a CVS for some reason). Also, if it turns out to be a false alarm, consider tracking your cycle more diligently  in the future (with this app perhaps) and not having sex during your ovulation days (And obviously wear a condom but that goes without saying.) In addition to condoms, using the pull out method would be wise. If you dont have access to condoms, do NOT have sex unless you are prepared to have a child. Even with cycle tracking you can still get pregnant from unprotected sex (or any sex actually, bc there is no such thing as a fool proof contraceptive) not to mention the risk of STIs, which can be very serious and lead to life threatening diseases. Infrequent sex does not protect you. You’re still playing your odds every time. There are also many things you can do that do not involve pregnancy risk. Consider swapping those in for sex in the future.

Go to your local women’s clinic or planned parenthood. Don’t tell the guy until you know what’s going on with yourself.
