Sub chronic hematoma????

Question

So I am 9 weeks and a few days. Got a call from doc about 9 week ultrasound. They found a small sub chronic hematoma!?! Put me on pelvic rest until I see him in a few weeks. No bleeding, no cramping, and baby is perfect! Measuring a few days ahead and heartbeat of 162. Should I be concerned? What do I watch for? 
And more importantly is traveling ok? I am currently out of town, traveling by car?!?!

I had one that made me spot off and on for the first 10 weeks. It eventually went away on its own around the 16/18 week mark. I am currently 27 weeks with a healthy baby! My doctor monitored me with extra ultrasounds every two weeks until it went away. I would just watch for any spotting. Sometimes the bleeds will cause you to spot to resolve and other times they just dissolve back into your uterus! You should be fine to travel unless your doctor told you otherwise! Just no sex so your cervix doesn’t get irritated! Wishing you a healthy pregnancy!

I had one during my first 8 weeks of pregnancy by the 12th week it was gone. As a long as the baby is healthy you should be fine. They usually go away on their own

In general, my doctor recommended getting out and stretching every 2 hours to avoid blood clots when traveling!
