Animals & pregnancy

Has anyone else who is ttc noticed their animals acting differently in your two week wait when it's possible to have conceived? We have 2 cats and a dog and for the past few days my usually crazy bouncy dog has just wanted to lay against my legs whenever I go to play with him, and my cats who usually keep to themselves have been stuck by my side 24/7! Sleeping beside my pillow and literally following me around the house everywhere, and even sitting on my feet when I go to the bathroom! I'm hoping it's a sign but I still have a week to go before my period is due!
