Can I take the sugar pill? - Please Help!!!

I was with my S/O for 3 days and we did have quite a bit of sex and now home, my vagina can have a break and heal haha, but I’m just wondering is it normal that when I went pee earlier I saw light light spotting of redish pink after wiping? I thought maybe it was due to heaps of rough sex and my vagina might be healing and I also haven’t taken the sugar pill in a month or 2. But since I have recently had sex and he did finish in me a few times, would it be bad to take the sugar pill and have my period? Cause sperm last in the body for like 5 days? So if I get my period and release an egg during that time, could that make me pregnant? - Please help before I take the sugar pill in the morning!!!!
