Is it my baby moving?

I'm 15 weeks with my first.. I've been randomly feeling like a tickle in my belly. I'm not sure if I'm just itchy from the dry skin or if it is the baby. Not sure how to describe it but it kind of feels like a light tickle like when u have a hair lose in your body or someone running a finger lightly trough your body. And then I feel itchy after that so that's why I'm not sure if it's the baby
