Bad hormones

Sometimes I yell at my 3 yr old and feel terrible. But he is driving me nuts and I just snap.. I have been crying because of it! I wasnt this irratated when I was pregnant with him but this pregnancy im a monster! He cant sit still ever! He is bouncing ever where 24/7. Jumping on me, climbing on me, jumping on the furniture and I cant handle it. He has started screaming for no reason and no matter what I cant get him to listen. And if I take him outside so he can run around and burn off so energy he just hamgs right on me. He wont run and play like he does in the house. Wont play on his swing set. I need to scream! Is there anyway to help with the hormones... I just want to cry because I feel so bad for being mean but it just comes out! Anyone else?
