My husband calls me a fat cow? It is very hurtful. How do I make him stop?

My husband is always pressuring me to lose weight. When we first got together I was 115 pounds. When I was pregnant with our daughter, who is now 2 years old, I was 160, at my highest during the pregnancy, he was so discusted by my body and even cheated on me with an 18 year old girl, while on a trip to the Philippines. After I had my daughter, I dropped weight as fast as possible. Now I am 5 ft 2 and weigh 90 pounds. I am 20 and my husband is 42 ( big age gap I know). He was a friend of my dad when we first got together. He use to be so much different. My family hates him and thinks that he is a pervert. I do not know what to do. If I lose anymore weight it could negatively affect my health, but he wants me to lose 10 more pounds. He says that he wants a “perfect wife” with a “perfect body” and will not settle for less.
