Early positive with 1st pregnancy, late with 2nd

My first pregnancy I tested positive at 10 dpo. I’m currently 11 dpo, AF due in 3 days and still negative 😞 anyone had this happen and still get a positive much later? I’m trying not to lose hope but man it has been tough this go round!
