Baby doesnt sleep

Some days he’ll sleep normal but like every other day he wont sleep for more thna fifteen or thirty minutes at a time. Today hes been up since 630 and its 1 now. I give him my breast, i put him on his belly, i put him in his swing and dad holds him too. We try everything and he’ll fall asleep eventually, we’ll put him down, But never more than thirty minutes max. Usually fifteen minutes.
