Will it ever happen?

My husband and I have been trying since January and with every period I feel more defeated. How do you get out of this self defeating sadness? Every month I start to bleed I immediately cry. 😔

I have been on this roller coaster ride since 2012 when my daughter turned 2 we started trying for baby 2 ,while trying for baby 1 it took 8 years and 2 months ,but I also have unexplained infertility. I cry and scream every month when af arrives. I'm turning 38 in October and I dont think I could ever give up. Its harder on me when af is late and I see no bfp.i am currently in that position I'm 4 days late and I know in my heart and soul af is gonna come .breaks me every time.baby dust

Have you and your husband been to doctors?  Do you track your ovulation?  What have you done to help the process?

I went to a fertility specialist to see if everything was working ok 👍🏼

Hi Amanda. I understand your pain every month. I was like that too. It's a very difficult range of emotions to deal with on your own. I found talking to counselor definitely helped me.

Get a book called “It Starts With The Egg”.  I was pregnant my next cycle after finishing this book.   It has great advice on how to improve egg and sperm quality
