plain backpack if your husband thinks your diaper bag is too girly and refuses to hold it.

HUGE Kotex pads for after delivery.
Prune juice -- also for after delivery
breast pump and nipple pads
Pack and play with the sleeper
Bassinet (though I know a lot of friends that just used the pack and play sleeper)
Bottle warmer
