Help! I’m terrified !

I just went to an urgent care for pain on the left side of my stomach and found out I’m pregnant! 😱 I’m terrified and confused. I started my “period” June 15th and have been spotting ever since. The doctor said my HCG is 46 and that I’m barely pregnant but I haven’t had sex since right before my “period”. I’m so confused! Also he said that the pain is cysts on my left ovary. They said it’s a threatened miscarriage because of the bleeding and they couldn’t see anything on the ultrasound? Sorry this is all over the place but anyone have anything similar? I’m freaking out and have to wait for an OB appt.
