Sickness in pregnancy advice

So I’m 8 weeks today and I am sick as a dog. It’s come to the point where I can’t really hold down water for longer than a few minutes, and my stomach constantly aches all day. My chest pains are sometimes a bit much sometimes. How long does it last? Does it ever get better?

I’ve cried so much the past week because of it, I feel so exhausted. I’m only good when I’m asleep!!
