Picnic food ideas for dinner?

Besides sandwiches 
My three year old and I are going to the lake around dinner time tomorrow and I was wondering what we could bring to eat for dinner while we’re there. There’s no grills.

Our favorite is to just cut up some meat and cheese and bring a veggie (carrot or cauliflower) and a fruit (strawberries, blueberries, oranges, apple) and either some crackers or veggie straws

Sausage rolls, cocktail sausages, cold pizza, cold quiche , crackers with ham and cheese (your own lunchables) cold pasta, or pasta salads, fruit salad, crisps? Pitta breaf with salad and cheese or cook up chicke  bits before and take it with, tomatoes, cucumbers , carrot sticks, hommus, potato salad, colslaw, boiled eggs, yougurts x
