I’m sick right now, quit my antidepressants and my head feels BAD PLEASE HELP
I have a sinus infection/ strep throat and my head feel HORRIBLE. It feels so fuzzy and hazy, and like sounds are sharp (think of the high strings during a jump scare) when I move my eyes and it’s like echoing too, kinda making me nauseous. Idk if it’s the congestion or what but i feel like I’m on the brink of insanity. What helps??? 😫
