Strange lady “HES the one”

Me and my husband family aré at a lake at 10 pm a lady came around the lake saying “come here” “come here” so we thought she was looking for her dog but then she comes towards us and started saying stuff to my brother in law like “I’ll step on you” and then she came up to my husband mad but then my husband was like “hey you okay” “you need something” and she gets close to him and says “you’re the one” and looks at us and keeps saying that and she got close and started crying and started holding his hand saying “he’s the one” and then someone calls for her and started cussing at us and pushing her to the car and we tried talking to her but she kept yelling and tell the girl “you’re lucky that I wouldn’t stab you” and just started acting weird this isn’t the first time it happened to my husband so now we’re confused af or the chick was on drugs but the fact it wasn’t the first time it happened creeped us out anyone has any idea?
