Had gallbladder removed @ 23 weeks

Stephanie

So I've been suffering from gallbladder pain since the start of this pregnancy, I changed my diet big time. As the months progressed the attacks started to become more frequent. I was in the emergency room every other day. These pains are so bad, they are worse then contractions. The pains start right under your breastbone on the right upper side of your stomach. I would throw up everything I ate which was everything stated that I can eat while having gallstones. I would even pee myself because of all the throwing up. Finally my doctor said we have to remove it. I was completely nervous and very worried for my baby being that I am only 23 weeks and there's always a risk with surgery. Glad to say everything went well now I am just dealing with the healing process and boy does this hurt.
