What was your early signs of labor?

What was all your earliest signs of labor? I’m 38+3 last 2 days Iv had really loose bowel movements constantly keep needing to go! My back today is slightly cramping coming and going and then it moves around near my hips and only sometimes moves across my tummy. But not mega painful just more annoying. Could this be a sign labor is nearing? I had my first daughter 5 years ago and I can’t remember what my early signs were with her 😱
