27w Bright red blood 🩸 during sex?

No cramping or any discomfort, we were just having sex for the first time in a week or two and in the middle of it we looking down and there was red blood everywhere.

I haven’t had any spotting or anything after sex up to this point in my pregnancy so should I be concerned? We stopped and I put on a pad to see what happens... at what point would you call a doctor? I’ve heard bleeding after sex can be common because your cervix gets irritated? But how much blood is normal and how long can it go on for?

Also felt a couple of baby kicks not long before we started having sex so I’m assuming she’s likely fine in there.
