What does this mean?

I went for my NT as an for first trimester and the tech kept going to this one spot and blowing it up and measuring it.. she told me the doctor would come see me about results but she came back in the room and told me i was good to go.. I have a my chart for my doctor that tells me my appointments and test results etc and I saw this today.. I’m confused and worried what does this mean? My dates are absolutely correct for my last period so I’m confused is baby just measuring bigger? This is my second pregnancy and i do feel like I’m carrying bigger this time around I can also feel baby already I’m 13 weeks today
