UTI???

Took a plan b almost two months ago and I’ve been getting a lot of UTIs ( I think) there’s no smell, slight burn when peeing, feel the need to pee but nothing. Could this be from all the hormones in the pill? Went to the doc and no stds or anything. I’m currently still waiting for my body to reset ( knew it was gonna mess w/ my body b4 taking it) so I haven’t gotten my period of anything for like 2mos

Side note I am thinking about getting on BC but I just don’t know which one would be the “best “ option for me.
